Payment is due in full prior to dispatch of equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) / bank transfer as the standard payment method. 5. Quotations

Prices shown on the website are indicative starting prices. A detailed quotation including final equipment pricing, applicable taxes, and shipping costs will be provided by our sales team after you place an order. Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Solaris Machinery reserves the right to revise a quotation if costs change materially due to factors outside our control (e.g., shipping carrier rate changes, currency fluctuation on imported equipment).

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge before a formal quotation has been accepted and payment made. Once payment has been received or a purchase agreement signed, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred. Custom or special-order equipment cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
